Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Enesy Project Management OS (“Enesy PMOS”, “we”, “us”), operated by Ernest Adesioye, trading as Enesy PMOS. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you're using Enesy PMOS on behalf of an organisation, you're confirming you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
This document is provided for transparency and has not been reviewed by a solicitor. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
1. The service
Enesy PMOS is a project planning and delivery tool covering task and milestone management, dependencies and scheduling, RAID logging, cost/earned-value tracking, reporting, and AI-assisted features. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product develops.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
3. Plans and billing
Enesy PMOS offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Pro and Team). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown on our Pricing page at the time you subscribe, and are processed by Stripe. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing — cancelling stops future renewals, and your plan remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't provide pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.
If you're a consumer in the UK signing up as an individual rather than a business, the Consumer Contracts Regulations may give you a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription for a full refund. By subscribing and starting to use a paid plan immediately, you're asking us to begin the service straight away and acknowledging that this right to cancel ends once you've started using it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal, or to store or process content you don't have the right to.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or access other users' data without authorisation.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without our permission.
- Use the AI features to generate content that's illegal, abusive, or designed to harm others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
5. AI-generated content
Features powered by AI (the assistant, report generation, inbox signal extraction) can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated output. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content — task suggestions, report summaries, extracted email signals — before relying on it for real decisions. We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI output.
6. Your data
You own the project data you put into Enesy PMOS. We process it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you connect Gmail or Outlook, you're confirming you have the right to grant us read access to that inbox, and that doing so doesn't violate your employer's or email provider's policies.
7. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services — Stripe for billing, Google/Microsoft for sign-in and inbox access, and a third-party AI language model provider for AI features. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant provider's own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or behaviour.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, or if required by law.
9. Disclaimers
Enesy PMOS is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific purpose. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from your use of Enesy PMOS is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or £100 if you're on the Free plan). We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, except where that loss results from our negligence in a way the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
