Subprocessors

This page lists every third-party service that processes personal data on our behalf to run Enesy PMOS, referenced generally in our Privacy Policy. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement that prohibits using your data for their own purposes, and none of them are permitted to use it to train their own models on our behalf.

| Upstash | Rate limiting — briefly stores IP addresses and user IDs to detect abusive request bursts on login, signup, password reset, and AI features. Never sees your project data. | EU |
| Moonshot AI (Kimi) | Powers the AI assistant, report generation, and inbox signal extraction. Receives task/project text and, for connected inboxes, extracted email content, only when you actively use an AI feature. | Global API endpoint |
